// TECHNICAL RESOURCES

Spacers & Standoffs.

A family reference for specification-controlled hardware. Identify the relevant series and the details needed to source the required part.

// IDENTIFICATION

Start with the mounting interfaces.

A spacer has a through opening; a standoff uses threaded or installation interfaces to establish separation between parts. Round/hex shape alone does not identify the mounting arrangement.

NAS1829, NAS1830 and NAS1831 are cataloged as male-female, swage and female-female standoff families. Those interface differences matter when reviewing an existing assembly.
