What defines this shoulder screw?

The hex socket drive distinguishes this series from the other precision shoulder family. The smooth shoulder is separately dimensioned from the male thread. Its length is measured from the bearing surface beneath the head to the shoulder transition.

Identify the selected shoulder diameter and length before comparing the threaded end. A thread match alone is insufficient to establish the same fit.
